Jim organically discovered this unique process by integrating several different methods of hands on healing. After years of experience and application of each method, he was able to organize his practice is a highly sensible way that continues to get amazing results. He starts this process by entering through the nervous system with techniques influenced by a system called RPR / Be Activated. This is intended to trigger activation in dormant areas of the body and reset firing / motor patterns. From there, he enters into the fascia and connective tissue with assisted resistance stretching that was influenced by bob Cooley’s resistance flexibility System, which is a form of Dynamic PNF (proprioceptive neuro-muscular facilitative) stretching . This method involves contracted eccentric stretching with intention breaking apart fascia / connective tissue. This allows for freedom and function of the muscle and skeleton systems, which is acknowledged in the third and final part of the process with passive ROM stretching, joint glides, and alignment drills. Jim approaches all of his training through this concept and teaches people how to execute it on themselves. However, it is not nearly as powerful or healing as when Jim works on others.
